Disconnect Global Structures

For projects that are using global calendar, rate, and resource structures, you can disconnect them and create project specific structures at any time.

1. Select Project Data > Projects. The Manage Projects tab window displays.
2. Click on the Structure [Select] dropdown in the Ribbon Menu and select the project you want from the list.
3. Select the Structures tab.
4. Click Disconnect Global. The Disconnect Global window displays with the list of global structures. There are two columns in the window: From and To.
5. Enter a project specific name for each structure in the To column. This creates a unique copy of the structures for the project.
6. Click Save to return to the Structures tab.
7. Click Save in the Ribbon Menu.
8. Optional. Close the Manage Projects tab.
